Avery Fall Parties - 9/25/26
Avery's Fall Parties are coming up! Each grade level will have its own party during the school day, and here's some helpful info for parents:
A note on timing: Party times will line up with each grade's normal "specials" schedule (music, art, PE, and health) — this is when classroom teachers have their daily planning period. That means your child's classroom teacher won't be at the party, but the specials teachers (music, art, PE, health) will be there with the kids.
How the party works: Grade levels will gather in the gym and rotate through four stations:
- Inflatable
- Craft
- Game/Activity
- Snack (provided by Chartwells)
We need volunteers! Each station has a limited number of volunteer spots, so if you'd like to help run the party, sign up early - spots will fill up fast.
Donations welcome: We're also collecting donations through the PTO's PayPal account to help stock each station and make the parties great for every grade.
